FAQ

When can I Check-In/Check-Out?
You can check in flexibly using a key safe or Smartlock, with arrival possible from 4 PM and the latest check-out time being 10 AM.
Early Check-In or late Check-out are subject to availability and will be charged by the hour with a maximum of three hours for each at a rate of 10€/hour. Just send us a message with your request.
Please have in mind that the apartment requires cleaning between the stays and there is a chance that we can offer standard times only.

Can I drop off my luggage?
We cannot offer early baggage drop-off as standard. You are welcome to contact us via WhatsApp (or the booking portal) and ask whether it is possible in your individual case to drop off your luggage during cleaning (or even before).
Please contact us with the name of the person who has made the reservation, the dates and the unit.

How do I get into the apartment?
You will be provided with all details on your check-in here in the guestbook on the day of your arrival.
Please make sure to fill out your Online Check-In form in order to get your access (All persons have to fill out their details).

Is smoking allowed?
All our units are non-smoking apartments and the violation may be subject to a fee of 250€.

Check-In

To allow you a flexible check-in to the property apartment we installed a key safe.
You can just walk through the front gate and up to the last back house, the apartment is on the lefthand side.

Simply enter your code and get the key (please clutter the digits after retrieval). Once you finish your stay, please leave the key and close the box.

PS: Please ensure that you carry the key with you at all times when leaving the apartment. Without a key you can't open it from outside.

Further information

- We do not have a parking spot available at the apartment but recommend the parking garage of the fair center one block down.

- After showering, please wipe the glass doors.

- You can find a vacuum cleaner, emergency tooth brush, ear plugs, etc. in the housekeeping Cupboard at right rear of the closet.

- You can dispose of your waste in the large collection containers in the inner courtyard.

CAUTION - Be aware of the low ceiling in the sleeping area.

CAUTION - Make sure to always carry the key with you - the door can't be opened from outside without a key.
