FAQ

When can I Check-In/Check-Out?
You can check in flexibly using a key safe or Smartlock, with arrival possible from 4 PM and the latest check-out time being 10 AM.
Early Check-In or late Check-out are subject to availability and will be charged by the hour with a maximum of three hours for each at a rate of 10€/hour. Just send us a message with your request.
Please have in mind that the apartment requires cleaning between the stays and there is a chance that we can offer standard times only.

Can I drop off my luggage?
We cannot offer early baggage drop-off as standard. You are welcome to contact us via WhatsApp (or the booking portal) and ask whether it is possible in your individual case to drop off your luggage during cleaning (or even before).
Please contact us with the name of the person who has made the reservation, the dates and the unit.

How do I get into the apartment?
You will be provided with all details on your check-in here in the guestbook on the day of your arrival.
Please make sure to fill out your Online Check-In form in order to get your access (All persons have to fill out their details).

Is smoking allowed?
All our units are non-smoking apartments and the violation may be subject to a fee of 250€.

Directions

Check-In

To allow you a flexible check-in to the apartment we installed a key safe. Simply enter through the main gate and cross the yard.

The key is located in the second mailbox on the left side of the hallway of the middle house.
Simply enter your code and then turn the knob clockwise to open the box.

To get to the apartment you have to go up the staircase diagonally opposite of the lockbox.

The small key is for the house entrance.
The apartment door can be opened by using a Smartlock: Simply enter your personal pin on the number pad. It is valid during your whole stay.

By the way: In case you don't stick together all the time, you may use this mailbox to store the key, so the first one to come home can always get inside.
Once you finish your stay, please leave the key back where you retrieved it and close the box.

Further information

- We do not have a parking spot available at the apartment but recommend the parking garage of the fair center one block down. https://maps.app.goo.gl/GTFZFtxC1U8z48gW6
There is also the option to park at the street in front of the building which is free of charge at night, but is quite expensive during daytime.

- Since this is an attic apartment, please pay special attention to closing windows when leaving the apartment.

- In case of occupancy with 5 persons you will find a folding mattress including bedding in one of the bedrooms. This can be quickly converted into a bed on the sofa.

- You can use everything, make yourself at home, but also treat everything as well as if it were your property :)

- for entertainment: via the TV you can watch television program, mirror your smartphones and laptops or log in to your streaming option of choice. The data will be deleted when switching off the TV.

- You can dispose of your waste in the large collection containers in the inner courtyard.
