FAQ

When can I Check-In/Check-Out?
You can check in flexibly using a key safe or Smartlock, with arrival possible from 4 PM and the latest check-out time being 10 AM.
Early Check-In or late Check-out are subject to availability and will be charged by the hour with a maximum of three hours for each at a rate of 10€/hour. Just send us a message with your request.
Please have in mind that the apartment requires cleaning between the stays and there is a chance that we can offer standard times only.

Can I drop off my luggage?
We cannot offer early baggage drop-off as standard. You are welcome to contact us via WhatsApp (or the booking portal) and ask whether it is possible in your individual case to drop off your luggage during cleaning (or even before).
Please contact us with the name of the person who has made the reservation, the dates and the unit.

How do I get into the apartment?
You will be provided with all details on your check-in here in the guestbook on the day of your arrival.
Please make sure to fill out your Online Check-In form in order to get your access (All persons have to fill out their details).

Is smoking allowed?
All our units are non-smoking apartments and the violation may be subject to a fee of 250€.

Directions

Check-In

To allow you a flexible check-in to the property we installed a key safe.
You will find it on the fence right side of the parking gate

Simply enter your code and then turn the knob clockwise to open the box.

Round key is for apartment
Blue head key for parking gate (parking in the inner yard currently not possible)
The square key for building entrance

Once you enter the building, goto the 2nd floor (two and a half flight of stairs) and follow the corridor.
The apartment is at the end on the lefthand side.

ATTENTION : Due to construction works it is currently not possible to use the parking in the inner courtyard!

Once you finish your stay, please leave the key back where you retrieved it and close the box.

Further Information to the Apartment

- For reservations with more than 2 guests , you'll find bedding stored under the sleeping couch. The toppers for the couch bed are located in the white closet in the hallway for extra comfort.

- Feel free to use everything in the apartment - make yourself at home! We just kindly ask that you treat everything with care, as if it were your own.

- Entertainment: The TV is equipped with an Amazon Fire TV Stick to access Internet and streaming platforms. To use it, simply power it on using the small separate remote, then switch the input to HDMI 3 (Fire TV). You can log into your own streaming services - just make sure to log out if you use a personal account like Netflix, as login data will not be automatically deleted. If you'd like to connect your laptop, an HDMI cable is available in the white cupboard.

- Waste disposal: Please use the large collection bins in the inner courtyard.

- House rules:

• No smoking inside the apartment - smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
• Please avoid loud noise or disturbances after 10:00 PM.
• When leaving the apartment, always make sure to close all windows and switch off all lights.
