FAQ

When can I Check-In/Check-Out?
You can check in flexibly using a key safe or Smartlock, with arrival possible from 4 PM and the latest check-out time being 10 AM.
Early Check-In or late Check-out are subject to availability and will be charged by the hour with a maximum of three hours for each at a rate of 10€/hour. Just send us a message with your request.
Please have in mind that the apartment requires cleaning between the stays and there is a chance that we can offer standard times only.

Can I drop off my luggage?
We cannot offer early baggage drop-off as standard. You are welcome to contact us via WhatsApp (or the booking portal) and ask whether it is possible in your individual case to drop off your luggage during cleaning (or even before).
Please contact us with the name of the person who has made the reservation, the dates and the unit.

How do I get into the apartment?
You will be provided with all details on your check-in here in the guestbook on the day of your arrival.
Please make sure to fill out your Online Check-In form in order to get your access (All persons have to fill out their details).

Is smoking allowed?
All our units are non-smoking apartments and the violation may be subject to a fee of 250€.

Directions

The apartment is only 12 minutes by car from the Highway A2 and a few minutes from the train station.

The exact address is Adenauer Platz 3 | 33602

We have a parking spot available for you, it is just at the entrance from the apartment and is numbered #9.

Please use this parking spot only and drive all the way up to the wall (in order not to block the access the last parking spot).

Be advised this parking spot is suited for regular sized cars only. Busses and vans can not be parked here. Incompliance may be subject to penalty (enforced through the neighbours).

Attention currently we do not provide towels for the dishes, so please bring your own if you require one.

Check-in

For a flexible and smooth arrival we installed a key safe for you, so you can check in on your own.

Please also return the key here on the day of your departure.

You will receive the key to the building from a key safe which is attached to an orange bike in front of the building.

It opens after selecting the correct code and then pulling down the black lever above the 4 digits.

Please close and secure the installation after you got the key.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (you have to climb 3 flight of stairs/half floors) and has the number 9.
The numbers of the apartments are also marked on the door frames.

The code for the smartlock is valid during your stay and has to be entered in the number pad on the left side of the door frame.

Further Information

- After showering please wipe the glass doors.

- A small tip for mobility: With Nextbike, you can rent bicycles at many stations and in certain areas and are then on the fastest means of transportation for the Bielefeld city center. It takes about 7 minutes to get to the train station by bike.

- If you are traveling with more than 2 people, you will find additional bedding in the sofa bed.
The seat is pulled forward and the lying surface is extended by folding the backrest.
